When Can I Change or Cancel CLEAR Benefits?
Changes to your New Hire Enrollment:
Within your first 30 days, you may change your benefit elections anytime.
If you have submitted your elections in Workday, please contact the Benefits Help Desk to make changes.

Changes Outside of your New Hire Enrollment:
If your 30-day enrollment window has closed, you must experience a Qualified Life Event (QLE) to make changes.
To cancel your benefit elections outside of the annual open enrollment, you must experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE).
Without a QLE, you must wait until open enrollment to make any changes and/or cancel your benefit elections.

I was Dropped from Outside Coverage
If you recently lost coverage, that would be considered a Qualifying Life Event.
You will have 30 days from the date you lost coverage to submit your benefit elections in Ulti-Pro and provide proof of your lost coverage.

I am Enrolled in Outside Coverage
If you are enrolled in outside coverage, that would be considered a Qualifying Life Event.
You will have 30 days to submit your benefit elections in Ulti-Pro and provide proof of your outside coverage.
