CLEAR Policy for Observances
Holidays that fall on a Saturday are observed on the preceding Friday. Those on a Sunday are observed on the following Monday.
Company Holidays - Corporate Team Member Policy
Corporate Team Members observe recognized holidays that fall on a Saturday on the preceding Friday. Those that fall on a Sunday will be observed on the following Monday.
Company Holidays - Field Team Member Policy
*If you are an eligible hourly team member and you work on one of the holidays distinguished with an asterisk above, we are pleased to provide you with holiday pay at one and one-half times your straight-time rate for the hours that you work on the holiday.
Overtime pay for working on a holiday is calculated based on your base pay rate. It will not include special forms of compensation like commissions, bonuses, or shift differentials.
All eligible salaried team members who work a holiday or who have a normally scheduled day off on a holiday will receive one flexible day off to be used within 30 days of the holiday. This flexible day requires prior manager approval to use.
Team members at the corporate headquarters ordinarily will observe recognized holidays that fall on a Saturday on the preceding Friday. Those that fall on a Sunday ordinarily will be observed on the following Monday.
