Starting 1/1/2026, CLEAR will be moving from Unum to Tilt to support all employee leave requests — medical, caregiving, parental, military, and other time-away needs.
CLEAR selected Tilt to provide a modern, streamlined, and more supportive leave experience. Employees will benefit from an easy-to-use portal, a single point of contact, clearer communication, and faster, more accurate claim decisions. HR and managers will see improved visibility, reduced administrative work, and stronger overall compliance.
Starting 1/1/2026, CLEAR will be moving from Unum to Disclo for workplace accommodations and ADA support.
Disclo is a HIPAA-compliant platform that gives employees a private, secure, and streamlined way to request workplace accommodations due to medical conditions. It allows you to seek support for physical disabilities, chronic conditions, pregnancy, mental health needs, or neurodivergence — all while limiting the sensitive medical information you need to share with managers or HR.
Please note: Unum will no longer be used for any leave or accommodation support starting January 1, 2026. Any leave that has already been filed in Unum for a start date after January 1, 2026 will be transitioned to Tilt.
