Corporate PTO Policy

All salaried corporate team members are eligible for our Flexible PTO policy, which provides Our Great People the flexibility to take the time they need to maintain a healthy work/life balance. 

All time off requests are subject to manager approval and should be requested in Workday.

Paid Time Off (PTO) is an all-purpose time-off policy for eligible team members to use for vacation, illness, or injury (their own or someone for whom they care), to observe a religious holiday, or for your own personal business. PTO combines traditional vacation, personal, and sick leave plans into a flexible, paid time-off policy. Please note that full-time regular team members accrue their PTO per hour based on time worked during that pay period. The amount of PTO you will receive per hour is outlined in the following schedule: **All WA state employees, please refer to the WA addendum.
