California Residents: Kaiser 

CLEAR offers California residents a choice of three medical plans through Kaiser. All plans provide 100% coverage for in-network preventive services and access to expert medical care.

Medical Plan Options:

Under these plans, you must use Kaiser doctors, pharmacies, and facilities, and your specialty care is subject to referrals from your primary care physician.

Team Member Contribution Rates:

Salaried, exempt (not eligible for overtime) team members are paid semi-monthly

Hourly & salaried non-exempt team members are paid biweekly

Dental Insurance (Delta Dental)

CLEAR offers a choice of two dental plans through Delta Dental. Both plans provide coverage for routine exams, x-rays, orthodontia services, cleanings, fillings, and major dental work (e.g., crowns, bridges).

Dental Plan Options:

Vision Insurance (EyeMed)

You have a choice of electing vision benefits through EyeMed. The most generous benefits are available when you use a doctor in the EyeMed network, but the plan also offers limited out-of-network benefits.

To submit your new hire benefit elections, log in to Workday and submit your new benefits.  You may follow the directions below or use the step-by-step GUIDE HERE

NOTE: You cannot access Workday until you start your employment with CLEAR.

How Do I  Change my Elections?

Within your first 30 days, you may change your benefit elections anytime. 

If your 30-day enrollment window has closed, you must experience a Qualified Life Event to make changes. For more information, visit the Life Events page here.

When Do Benefits Begin?

Salaried Team Members: benefits will be effective on your date of hire

All team members have 30 days from their hire date to submit their benefit elections. 

Salaried team members: If you submit your benefit elections after the effective date, they will be retro to the effective date.

After enrolling in CLEAR Benefits

Please allow one week for your benefits enrollment to process and your coverage to become active with our insurance carriers. Once your coverage is active, please refer to the ID Card & Online Access page for creating an account with our various insurance carriers to access your digital ID card, conduct a provider search, view claims and more.
