Healthcare Benefits - Enrollment Required
Puerto Rico Residents: Triple S Medical Plan
We are excited to announce a new partnership with Triple S for 2024! The Triple S medical plan offers our Puerto Rico team members and their eligible dependents a comprehensive medical plan.
Medical Plan:
Triple S. The plan provides 100% coverage for in-network preventive services and access to expert medical care.
Team Member Contribution Rates:
Salaried, exempt (not eligible for overtime) team members are paid semi-monthly
Hourly & salaried non-exempt team members are paid biweekly
Dental Insurance (Delta Dental)
CLEAR offers a comprehensive dental plan through Delta Dental. The plan provides coverage for routine exams, x-rays, orthodontia services, cleanings, fillings, and major dental work (e.g., crowns, bridges).

Vision Insurance (EyeMed)
You have a choice of electing vision benefits through EyeMed. The most generous benefits are available when you use a doctor in the EyeMed network, but the plan also offers limited out-of-network benefits.

How to Enroll in Healthcare Benefits
Enrolling in Healthcare Benefits
To submit your new hire benefit elections, you will need to log in to Workday and submit your new benefit elections. You may follow the directions below or use the step-by-step How to Enroll in Benefits Guide.
NOTE: You cannot access Ultipro until you start your employment with CLEAR.
Workday Instructions for enrolling in benefits:
Login to Workday through Okta
On the top left corner, hover over the person icon
Scroll down to New Hire/Life Events Benefits Enrollment
A new page should show up and you would click on I am a new team member
A new window will pop up (make sure to enable popups)
What was the reason? select Life Event-New Hire
Then click the Next button near the top right corner.
Be sure to enter Dependents & Beneficiary information, (including SSN & DOB) before moving on to Medical.
Be sure to decline/enroll for EACH benefit
Once you get to the last page "Confirm your elections or changes", BE SURE to click SUBMIT. If you do not click Submit (button in the top right corner), we will not receive your elections which could result in your request for coverage being denied
Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability will not appear on the Life Event page as they will be automatically added.
Enrolling Dependents
You must submit documents verifying your dependent's relationship to us within your first 30 days of employment.
Acceptable documents include:
Spouse: Marriage License
Domestic partners:
Certificate of Domestic Partnership, or
Completion of CLEAR's Declaration of Domestic Partnership Attestation in lieu of a formal DP Certificate
Child(ren):
Birth Certificate
Proof of Legal Guardianship
Decree of Adoption

New Hire FAQs
When Do Benefits Begin?
Hourly Team Members: benefits will be effective on your 31st day of employment.
All team members have 30 days from their date of hire to submit their benefit elections.

What Dependents are Eligible?
Eligible dependents include your spouse, domestic partner and children up to age 26, plus disabled dependent children of any age who meet plan criteria.
Supporting documentation will be required to enroll your eligible dependents and must be submitted within 30 days or your hire date or qualifying life event. Acceptable forms of documentation include a marriage certificate, completion of Declaration of Domestic Partnership form, birth certificate, decree of adoption, or proof of legal guardianship.

Domestic Partners
Yes, domestic partners are eligible for CLEAR Benefits. A domestic partner is an individual of the same sex or opposite sex with whom you’re in a domestic partnership, civil union or other similar formal relationship that’s not a marriage under state law.
For a domestic partner to be eligible for CLEAR Benefits, you must satisfy one of the two requirements:
Your relationship has been recorded, certified and/or registered by a national, state, city or regional government authority
You meet CLEAR's definition of eligible domestic partner as outlined in our Declaration of Domestic Partnership form
If your partner meets the eligibility requirements and you wish to enroll them in CLEAR benefits, please submit supporting documentation via Ulti-Pro Document Upload (LINK HERE).

Official certificate from state or other government authority
After enrolling in CLEAR Benefits
Please allow one week for your benefits enrollment to process and your coverage to become active with our insurance carriers. Once your coverage is active, please refer to the ID Card & Online Access page for creating an account with our various insurance carriers to access your digital ID card, conduct a provider search, view claims and more.
