Open enrollment begins Wednesday, November 5, and ends at 11:59PM EST on Wednesday, November 19.

Enrollment is done through Workday. You can click this link: Workday Open Enrollment or scan the QR code to access Open Enrollment.

Enrollment is required if:

You wish to make changes to your benefits for 2026,
You wish to enroll in the new Protection Plan, or
You wish to contribute to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) in 2026.

If you do not participate, your current benefit elections, excluding FSA and HSA, will automatically roll over to next year. Reminder: you will not be able to change your benefit elections after open enrollment ends unless you experience a qualifying life event

Offering Extra Financial Protection for you and your family!

We’re excited to announce a new Hospital Indemnity plan available for all team members to purchase — including part-time employees!

Hospital Indemnity coverage pays you a cash benefit if you’re admitted to the hospital due to an illness or injury. You can use the money however you need — to help cover medical bills, household expenses, or other costs that arise while you recover.

Protection plans are designed to provide financial protection during unexpected health events, helping you focus on recovery instead of expenses.

Minor updates to our Medical Plan Designs

If you are enrolled in the Choice Plus PPO Plan with United Healthcare (UHC), you will see the following changes to your in-network benefits:

Deductible will be $350 for individual and $700 for family coverage
In Network Coinsurance will go to 15%

For those enrolled in the Core HDHP Plan with United Healthcare (UHC), due to IRS required limit increases, our plan design for 2026 will be:

In-Network Deductible: $1,700 Individual / $3,400 Family
In-Network Out-of-Pocket Maximum: $3,400 Individual / $6,800 Family
Out-of-Network Deductible: $3,400 Individual / $6,800 Family
Out-of-Network Out-of-Pocket Maximum: $6,800 Individual / $13,600 Family

For those enrolled in a Kaiser California plan, you will see an added fertility benefit enhancement due to the passing of California SB 729:

SB 729 includes coverage for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility and fertility services, including artificial insemination, IVF, and fertility drugs as medically indicated.
Cost sharing for fertility services will match the plan's cost sharing for non-fertility medical services.
A member’s prior fertility services with Kaiser Permanente will not count toward the lifetime limits under the new benefit.
Eligible members can receive more information on kp.org and by contacting Kaiser Permanente Member Services.

Costs for Health Coverage in 2026

For 2026, most employees will see a minor increase (ranging from $4 to $38) in employee per-paycheck contributions for medical coverage. This adjustment allows CLEAR to maintain the same strong level of care and coverage while keeping pace with rising healthcare costs.
Vision plan premiums will increase slightly to support enhanced benefits and expanded access to providers.
Dental premiums will remain the same for 2026.
