Disclo is CLEAR’s new, HIPAA-compliant platform for requesting workplace accommodations due to medical conditions — including support for disabilities, chronic conditions, mental health needs, pregnancy, and neurodivergence. The system guides employees through the process, stores medical documentation in a confidential portal, and ensures consistent, compliant handling of all accommodation requests.
Beginning January 1, 2026, Disclo will fully replace Unum for all accommodation-related requests.
