After you enroll in CLEAR benefits or make changes to your benefits, you will sometimes receive an ID card in the mail, but not for all plans. Please review the information below for each insurance carrier to know when to expect your ID card, how to register online, access your digital ID card, download carrier mobile apps, and more!

If you have misplaced your insurance ID card you will need to contact the insurance carrier directly. The Benefits Team cannot replace lost ID cards. Please refer to the carrier directory for contact information.

Pro tip!

Here at CLEAR we truly believe in the digital experience and encourage you to ditch the paper ID card. Download carrier mobile apps to your smart phone so you will always have your ID card with you and don't need to keep up with that silly piece of paper!
