Your Health Deserves Your Attention. Every Team Member must enroll in Workday.
Your current benefits will not carry over, even if you plan to keep the same plans. No election means no coverage in 2027.
Enrollment is done through Workday. You can scan the QR code above or click this link: Workday Open Enrollment.
This is an active open enrollment, meaning that if you wish to enroll in or make changes to your benefits, you must log in to Workday and make your selections. If you do not participate, all of your current benefit elections will not roll over to next year.
Reminder: You will not be able to change your benefit elections (enroll or cancel) after open enrollment ends unless you experience a qualifying life event.

PPO Network change.
Surest Plan remains on the Choice Plus Network.
How it Works
Surest is an in-network copay plan with no deductible. Before you get care, you can compare providers and see the cost for many services in advance, helping you make informed choices.
How to Use it
Use the Surest app or website to search providers, compare treatment locations and review the copay tied to your options. Lower-cost, high-quality choices come with lower copays.
With Surest, you can review costs in advance and choose care based on quality, convenience, and copay level. You will pay lower premiums than the PPO plan and most likely pay less when seeing a doctor. 90% of Surest members had costs under $1,000, well below the out of pocket maximum. Surest is a smart choice for team members who value convenience, clarity, and control.
Each total includes your annual paycheck contributions plus what you pay for in-network care. Surest copays vary by provider, so Surest costs show the lowest to highest copay.
These are examples only. Actual costs depend on the care you receive, the providers you choose, and what they charge. Plans are not offered to California or Hawaii residents. If there is any conflict with the official plan documents, the plan documents govern
