Express Scripts

Create an account on www.express-scripts.com or the Express Scripts® mobile app. Once your account is created you can check order status, view/print member ID cards, enroll in home delivery, renew/refill, and so much more!

1. Select Register and enter the requested information, including your member ID or Social Security number, and create your user name and password.

Network: United Healthcare Core Network

• The HDHP Core Plan has the lowest premium per paycheck and covers preventive care at 100%.

• For all non-preventive care, you'll pay the full cost billed by your provider until you meet your annual deductible. Once your deductible is met, you'll pay 20% of the cost billed by your provider, and this is called your coinsurance. 

Network: United Healthcare Choice Plus Network

• The PPO Plan has the highest premium per paycheck and begins to share in the cost of medical services immediately through copays and co-insurances.

• Both in- and out-of-network coverage is provided, although there is a preference for in-network so you'll pay less when you see an in-network provider.

When you enroll in a UHC plan, you are automatically provided pharmacy coverage through Express Scripts, Inc. or ESI.

Save time and money by conducting a virtual visit from the comfort of your home, at the office, or on the go! All CLEAR medical plans include coverage for virtual visits so you can connect with a doctor via phone or video chat 24/7 and for telemedicine. 

Virtual visits can be conducted via the myUHC app or desktop site. Before you can conduct a virtual visit, you must first create a myUHC account. Instructions for creating an account can be found here.

Desktop users can go here for more information and to request a visit. If you are using the myUHC app, log in and select the virtual visits option in the quick links section on the dashboard screen.

Transparency in Coverage

• Health plan price transparency helps consumers know the cost of a covered item or service before receiving care. 

• The Transparency in Coverage Final Rules require certain group health plans to disclose on a public website information regarding in-network provider rates and historical out-of-network allowed amounts and billed charges for covered items and services in two separate machine-readable files (MRFs).
