Wellhub is a benefit offered to all full time and part time team members.
Wellhub is a wellness platform that provides our team members with access to a wide range of fitness, wellness, and wellbeing resources.
It connects users to thousands of gyms and studios, virtual classes, wellness apps, and coaching services, making it easy to support both physical and mental health.
For employees, this means greater flexibility and choice in how they prioritize wellbeing—whether that’s working out at a local gym, joining a virtual class, practicing mindfulness, or connecting with a coach.
Wellhub is available to all U.S full-time and part-time employees. Employees are eligible for enrollment as of date of hire.
Sign-up by downloading the Wellhub app or using the web browser.
Under search company, enter "CLEAR - US."
Enter your Employee ID, which can be found in Workday. This is how Wellhub will identify you as a CLEAR employee.
Complete your registration, confirm your tier and payment method, and begin using the benefit!
Wellhub Registration Guide
Important Note: You may receive a Wellhub email invitation to your personal emails that is on file in Workday (check spam folders and promotional inboxes as it may get stuck there). If you register through the link on the email, you will not be prompted to enter your Employee ID.
Please note: it may take up to a week after your start date for your employment information to load to Wellhub.
Wellhub offers 10 tiers for you to enroll in (shown below), starting with the free digital plan.
Each tier includes the gyms/studios/apps in the tiers below it. For example, the silver tier will include all studios/gyms/apps in bronze, basic, and so on.
You can choose between a Monthly or an Annual Subscription, which offers a lower monthly price in exchange for a 12-month commitment.
Instead of a single, large payment upfront, your Annual Subscription is billed as 12 separate monthly payments. You’re only charged for one month at a time, even though your subscription is for the full 12 months. Learn more about the Annual Subscription.
Important note: You can’t switch from an Annual to a Monthly Subscription during your commitment period. However, you can switch from a Monthly to an Annual Subscription at any time.
Gyms and studios may be in different tiers depending on location. Please check the tiers and associated gyms/studios on your Wellhub portal for your specific location.
Important Note: Employees subscribing for the first time in the first 6 months after launch (May 1, 2026) will have a 7 day free trial. More on that here: Does Wellhub offer a free trial?
Check-in is the simple way you validate your visit for any activity, whether it's at a gym, a studio, or an online class. Checking in through the Wellhub app is how you confirm your attendance for activities at Wellhub partner gyms, studios, and wellness services, including any classes you've booked in advance.
Checking in at the gym/studio does not count as a check-in with Wellhub. You must check-in on the Wellhub app for it to count. You can check in for a booked class 30 minutes before and up to 30 minutes after it ends.
Simple: Don't forget to check-in!
If you forget to check in within the allowed time or cancel a class outside the cancellation window, it will be counted as a no-show or late cancellation. This will use up your check-in for the day, and your ability to book new classes will be put on hold.
You will be given the option to pay Wellhub directly for the missed check-in. If you do not pay the fee, your ability to book classes will be put on hold for the remainder of that calendar month. You will be able to still access gyms and apps.
Wellhub follows the cancellation policy of the gyms/studios they partner with. When you book a class through Wellhub, you will notified of the cancellation window, if applicable.
If you cancel a class outside the cancellation window, you can either choose to pay the cancellation fee of the class OR you can lose your check-in ability for the remainder of that cycle.
Late cancellation: You canceled a booked class after the gym/studio’s free cancellation window had passed.
No-show: You didn’t attend a booked class, or you didn’t check in through the Wellhub app. Checking in directly with the gym or studio doesn’t count as your Wellhub check-in.
In both cases, the booking uses up your daily check-in.
When enrolling in a Wellhub membership, you as the team member pay Wellhub directly.
For all team members: These payment methods can be used to pay for your Wellhub membership:
Credit card
Debit card
Apple Pay
HSA or FSA card
For corporate team members: Consider using your monthly flexible YOU stipend for your Wellhub membership.
There are so many options for gyms, studios, and apps available to you through Wellhub, depending on your tier. You can find the more information of Wellhub's offerings here.
To find a gym or studio near you and understand the associated tier, please use the Wellhub interactive map by clicking here.
On the Wellhub app in the "explore" tab, you can set your radius to look for gyms/studios near you and search for specific studios in the search bar.
You can also view them in a map view on the bottom right corner of the screen, rather than list view.
Upgrades: You can upgrade your plan at any time and changes take effect immediately. You'll be charged a proportional amount for the new plan, and your billing date will reset to the date of the upgrade.
Please note that you might see two charges in the month you upgrade, but in the following months, the subscription will renew on the new date.
Downgrades take effect on your next billing date. To ensure the new price applies, please schedule your downgrade at least 24 hours before your billing date.
For Annual Subscriptions: You can upgrade or downgrade to another paid plan at any time. Changing your plan will start a new 12-month commitment. You can’t switch from an Annual to a Monthly Subscription during your commitment period.
Please note that it is not possible to downgrade to the Digital Plan if you choose the annual subscription.
Employees subscribing for the first time in the first 6 months after launch day (May 1, 2026) will have a 7 day free trial. More on that here: Does Wellhub offer a free trial?
Your subscription will be renewed automatically, and you’ll be charged for the plan you chose as soon as the free trial period ends. If you don't want to be charged for the plan you chose, you must cancel or change your subscription by the last day of the free trial. Canceling the plan during the free period ends the trial immediately.
In most cases, you will need to fully cancel your membership and sign up through the Wellhub app. Some partners however will allow active members to sync your existing account information to your new Wellhub account.
Wellhub advises that if you have an existing membership at a Wellhub partner, speak with the partner's customer service or staff to see if they can merge your existing accounts to your new Wellhub account.
An active plan can be paused once every six months for a period of 15 to 30 days. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, be sure to pause the plan at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
The renewal date is the date each month that the cycle begins. For example, if you began your membership on May 1, your renewal date is June 1, July 1, and so on.
In the Wellhub app, go to Profile > Settings (gear icon) > Account. Under Subscription, tap Manage subscription. Tap Pause subscription and follow the prompts. The pause will take effect on the following day.
A paused Wellhub plan will automatically resume on the selected return date.
If you have an exisiting Wellhub account through a previous employer, you can change your eligiblity to be under CLEAR. More information found here.
