To register an account with Tilt, enter the primary email associated with your Workday account.
If you have been issued a CLEAR email, you will use that email address.
If you do not have a CLEAR email, use the personal email linked to your Workday account.
When to use Tilt
Employees should use Tilt, not Disclo, when they need time away from work rather than adjustments to how they work. Tilt supports all types of leave, including:
Medical or disability leave
Parental leave (birth, adoption, bonding)
Family caregiving leave
Military leave
Any paid or unpaid state specific leaves
If you need time off to care for your health, your family, or another qualifying event, you should submit your request through Tilt.
