Disclo is CLEAR’s HIPAA-compliant platform for requesting workplace accommodations due to medical conditions — including support for disabilities, chronic conditions, mental health needs, pregnancy, neurodivergence, etc.
Employees should request an accommodation through Disclo when they need adjustments or modifications to how they work due to a diagnosed medical condition.
Examples include, but not limited to:
Ergonomic equipment, assistive techonology, workplace tools
Modified or flexible schedules
Adjusted duties or workflow changes
Pregnancy-related accommodations (not parental leave)
Any workplace modification required to perform essential job functions
Medical documentation may be requested in order to support your request.
