For your overall well-being and peace of mind, MSK Direct provides screening and prevention resources and informational webinars to help you reduce your risk for cancer.
On-site care at MSK in New York or New Jersey
Schedule an Initial appointment as quickly as within two days
Gather all necessary medical records
Provide support, logistical assistance, and introductions to your care team at the first appointment

Remote Care Close to Home
Expert diagnosis by MSK-specialized pathologists and radiologists, using your tissue samples, imaging, and genetic testing when appropriate
Referrals to top local hospitals near you using MSK’s proprietary provider-selection tool
Personalized treatment plan from a multidisciplinary MSK team (medical, surgical, and radiation oncology specialists)
Guidance and education to help identify relevant clinical trials
Phone or video consults with you, your MSK specialists, and your local physicians at key decision points

Clinical care is billed through insurance; patients are responsible for standard copays, coinsurance, and deductibles for MSK medical services.
MSK is in-network with many medical plans. Remote services typically aren't covered by insurance; if not covered, an upfront fee applies for each remote written consult from a MSK physician.
Contact MSK Direct if you or a family member has been diagnosed with cancer, has been told by a doctor there is a suspicion of cancer, or would like to discuss treatment options.
An MSK Direct Care Advisor will help you find the best cancer care possible, either through onsite care at MSK, or remotely, where MSK doctors guide your treatment in partnership with your local doctor.
