These plans are available to all full time and part time team members and their eligible dependents.
Team members do not need to be enrolled in a UHC medical plan to enroll in these plans.
Pays a cash benefit for hospital stays, admissions, or related services to help offset costs not covered by the medical plan.
Pays benefits for hospital admission, daily stays, and sometimes ICU care
Helps cover deductibles, coinsurance, and other out-of-pocket expenses

Pays a cash benefit if you’re diagnosed with a covered serious condition (such as cancer, heart attack, or stroke), which can be used for medical bills or everyday expenses.
Provides financial support during treatment and recovery
Money can be used however you need—medical care, bills, or household expenses

Pays a cash benefit if you experience a covered accident, helping pay for unexpected medical expenses like ER visits, fractures, or follow-up care.
Pays benefits based on specific injuries and treatments (e.g., fractures, ambulance, ER visits)
Can be used for out-of-pocket costs or everyday expenses during recovery
