Kaiser California members - finding a mental health provider
If you’re enrolled in our Kaiser medical plan, you don’t need a referral to seek mental health care. Simply call the number on the back of your ID card to understand the options available to you and determine the best fit (i.e. in-person, virtual, or a combination of both).

Kaiser has partnered with Calm and myStrength to offer free memberships to anyone enrolled in a Kaiser medical plan. Calm offers guided meditations and mindfulness exercises to help lower stress, reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality. myStrength is a personalized program that helps you improve your awareness and change behaviors.
