If you are enrolled in one of our United Healthcare (UHC) medical plans:
You can combine your UHC plan with the One Medical membership.
All One Medical doctors are in-network with United Healthcare, so you will pay your plan's applicable copay or coinsurance for each visit with One Medical.
If you have health insurance outside of CLEAR:
You may also take advantage of the One Medical benefit.

Virtual Individual Therapy and Coaching
To use this benefit: Open the One Medical app, select Book Visit, input reason for visit and click Next, scroll down and select Therapy and Coaching Initial Consult.
Initial consultation: 60-minute video chat with a One Medical counselor to give us an idea of your situation and how we can best help you.
Custom care plan: This typically includes 6–12 video sessions, based on clinical needs, with the coach or therapist best suited for you — and the plan evolves as you do.

Virtual Group Stress & Anxiety Management
To use this benefit: Open the One Medical app, select Book Visit, input reason for visit and click Next, scroll down and select Shift: Stress & Anxiety Group Series.
Shift is a skills-based approach to stress and anxiety management. It is most beneficial for individuals struggling with stress management and generalized anxiety. Shift is not group therapy, but does leverage the group format to facilitate a shared learning experience, and can be very effective when done in conjunction with therapy.

No, One Medical is not in-network with Kaiser.
I'm not enrolled in CLEAR's medical plan, can I still use One Medical?
Yes! Check here to see if One Medical accepts your insurance plan so you can take advantage of this program.
I recently started at CLEAR and already have a One Medical membership. How do I switch to the CLEAR-sponsored membership?
Email hello@onemedical.com with your full name and date of birth to switch your account over.
If you paid the annual $200 membership, OneMedical will reimburse you the prorated amount.
